CONTEST RULES

1.Organization

​

OhBibi is a French company with capital of 3.166,13 euros registered under the VAT number FR 44 752 458 240. Registered office: 44 rue des Petites Ecuries, 75010 Paris, France.

 

Duration : The contest period will run from 03/07/2019 4pm to 03/14/2019 7pm.

 

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER

OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING.


 

2. Participation

 

The competition is open to all, aged 18 years or over. The competition is not open to employees of Oh Bibi and their sponsors or their immediate families.

To be eligible, entries must be received on or before the competition closing date. All entries shall become the property of Oh BiBi.

 

Duration : The contest period will run from 03/07/2019 4pm (UTC) to 03/14/2019 7pm (UTC).

 

To enter, entrants must follow the instructions in Instragram post :

 

Oh Bibi reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the competition if, in its sole judgement, the entrant has not complied with these terms and conditions, has tampered with the operation of the competition, or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair.

3. Winner determination

 

One (1) participant (and their friend) will be chosen at random by Oh Bibi : two (2) winners will be chosen, the 15th of march.

Each winner will have the choice between, one (1) iTunes Gift Card (100$) or one (1) Google Play Gift Card (100$).

 

The entry period for the prize draw is from March 7th 2019 at 4pm UTC until March 14th 2019 at 6.59pm UTC. The prize draw consists of one drawing that will take place after the prize draw period. No entry received after that time will be considered.  

 

The winner will be notified via an Instagram private message on their account within three (3) business days of the draw.

The winner must contact Oh Bibi within 7 days of Oh Bibi sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Oh Bibi reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner, chosen at by the same.

 

Oh Bibi has organised these prize draw in good faith and do not accept liability relating to the prize.

 

4. Gift

 

Each winner will have the choice between, one (1) iTunes Gift Card (100$) or one (1) Google Play Gift Card (100$). Only one entry per person.The winner must receive the Gift Card by email.

Oh Bibi reserves the right to amend the specification of the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.


 

5. Misc.

 

Data relating to entrants will be retained by Oh Bibi for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist Oh Bibi to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition. 5.1 The right is reserved to terminate or withdraw this contest at any time.

 

5.2 Oh Bibi doesn't assume no responsibility for delayed or for any failure during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or traffic congestion on the Internet or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion.

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Oh Bibi reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.  

 

5.3  Entry to the competition is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

5.4 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
